Maravilhoso, Hotel Top com Ótimo atendimento.
Gostei muito do atendimento do Daniel Rivera Daniela e Cristian Salgado no restaurante. sempre muito prestativos, dedicados, amáveis e muito profissionais. Definitivamente a Juliana Gonzalez faz uma excelente gestão em qualidade cuidando de cada detalhe e criando um ambiente de trabalho em equipe e qualidade incrível.
Eu gostei tudo… nem se compara com o Hotel Estelar La fontana que fica bem na frente. Estive hospedada ai duas semanas e minha experiencia foi bastante desconfortável especialmente no restaurante e café da manha. Essa foi a razão para troca de Hotel, não me arrependo pois achei o Hotel Sonesta muito superior.

Não confiem neste hotel. Eu devia ter desconfiado que o preço estava muito baixo para um hotel 5*
Um absurdo o que ocorreu comigo e minha família. Rerservei o hotel com bastante antecedência no booking, fornecendo o numero do meu cartão de crédito. A reserva foi confirmada. Na chegada ao hotel, a atendente me disse que minha reserva tinha sido recusada porque o cartão não foi aceito. Que a culpa era do booking de não ter me enviado uma mensagem. Solicitei que me desse um outro quarto então, que eu resolvia o problema com o booking depois. A atendente me disse que o hotel estava lotado e que não havia mais quartos. Mas eles estavam disposto a me ajudar e me direcionaram a outro hotel da rede deles, onde a diária seria mais barata. Me levaram sem cobrar nada. No caminhol, recebi a mensagem no booking que meu cartão foi recusado. Detalhe: cheguei ao outro hotel e paguei a diária com o mesmo cartão (que a propósito, funcionou normalmente para outras reservas). Está claro pra mim, que o hotel tinha alta demanda e por isso, inventaram um desculpa de última hora para me colocaram no outro hotel da rede. Inaceitável isso.
Se houvesse problema com o cartão, que testassem antes. Claramente o hotel agiu de má fé.
